Version history for every legal document on this site. Lumino Solution LLC, trading as Cala.
Each of these documents is versioned and dated. When one changes, the change is recorded here with the date it took effect, so you can always tell what you agreed to and when it last moved.

How changes are notified
Material changes to the privacy policy, the terms and conditions, the AI disclosure or the subprocessor register are emailed to registered account holders before they take effect. A material change is one that alters what we collect, what we do with it, who processes it, what you are charged, or what Cala may and may not be used for.
A new subprocessor is notified before it starts processing any data, not after. That is set out in full on the subprocessor register.
Corrections that do not change the meaning, such as a typo or a broken link, are made without an email but still appear in the table above.
Which version applies to you
The version of the terms you accepted at signup is recorded against your account, with its version number and a timestamp. If the terms change, you are asked to accept the new version before it applies to you.
Asking for an older version
Superseded versions are kept and can be sent to you on request. Write to the address below and name the document and the version you want.
